I have been with both of you and everybody over at MAEO Healthcare Service, Inc. for well over a year and I just wanted to take this time to tell you what a wonderful experience it has been. My mother had been an extremely happy patient with you for 2 years prior to me needing your services and this is why I knew I could come to you and be well taken care of. At MAEO you treat everyone as if they were family. You get to know your patients so well that you are able to pair us up with the perfect aid to match our needs. Since I have been your patient, I have had to replace my aid once because she had to move due to a family emergency. I liked her so much, and was so upset thinking I might never have anyone that I would like as much as her. Then in my amazement on the very next day you found me the best aid anyone could wish for! Again, I thank you. All of your aids are well-trained and very professional. My aid, Tracy anticipates my needs without me saying a word. She makes sure that I never skip a meal and prepares and serves all of them like she was preparing them for herself. She makes sure I take my medications on time and does many other wonderful things to care for me. Cleanliness is also a very important quality for me and all of the aids have been meticulous. From what I understand from other people that have used other agencies, you are a rare find in the industry, and I just want you to know how thankful and appreciative I am and would recommend you to anyone who would need your services.
